Our Purpose

Our members meet every Tuesday morning with the purpose of spending time learning about each other’s business. By becoming well versed in each other’s industries, we become an educated sales force, making it possible to share higher-quality referrals. These high level “tips” turn our chapter members into a powerful knowledge and result driven sales forces.

The LeTip Creed

LeTip is a professional organization of men and women dedicated to the highest professional standards of competence and service.

Our purpose is the exchange of business tips. Members will at all times maintain the highest professional integrity. Each business category is represented by one member and conflicts of interest are disallowed.

How does visiting a meeting work?

We believe in networking that comes from you feeling comfortable giving business to the person sitting next to you. That is why it is important that you visit our group.
If your category isn’t already represented,  you can attend up to 2 meetings free of charge to experience LeTip, get to know us, and determine if it’s a good fit for your business.

If you join you are no longer out there selling on your own! You would have a sales force of professional business people bringing you qualified leads every week.
And remember, once you join, you “own” your category and your competition is excluded from the chapter.
Contact a member of the LeTip of McMinnville Board with any questions.

Member duties:

LeTip is not a social network.
~ You must attend the weekly meetings.
~ You must pass 4 “Tips” in a month.
~ You are to be ethical, professional, & experienced in your line of work.
~ You will learn to be a better public speaker by giving by-monthly presentations about your business.
~ There are monthly opportunities to “visit” with fellow members as a way to better know each other and how to best send on business leads.
~ LeTip becomes like a family: we help each other be successful.

We are driven by values.

We’re snappy, successful and honored by the incredibly talented and professional members who are the true spirit of LeTip.

To put it simply, LeTip is the original. We aren’t a watered down copy. The standard was set back in 1978 when a program was created to embrace both businesswomen and businessmen. We stick to the format, require our members to be committed, expect excellence and reject mediocrity.

If that is you, we would love to see you join us!

Larissa DeHart: Farmers Insurance

Auto, home, life, business, motorcycle, mobile home, ATV, and any other kind of insurance you can think of!

“Larissa is the ONLY choice for an insurance agent! She not only has experience in working claims and many years as an agent, she has a vested, personal interest in every customer, client and even potential clients. You will never get the feeling from Larissa that she will ‘only help after you pay her’. On top of that, she opens herself up to being a resource for people, offering suggestions that may not benefit her directly, but will help the client the most.

You’re buying a BMW with Larissa, the other guys/gals are giving you a KIA.”

RALPH BRICKLEY

Jon Gross: Willamette Valley Real Estate Team

Jon and his team say “we are here to protect your heart, head and wallet. We want you to Buy. Sell. Be Happy.”

“As a local mortgage lender in McMinnville, I thoroughly enjoy working with Jon Gross. His communication skills, knowledge of our area and the customer service he provides is excellent. I am always confident when I work with him that we will get the deal done!! You can’t go wrong working with this team of professionals.”

“Lafayette Auto Body and RV repair has been our Western Oregon RV repair facility of choice for 12+ years going back to bumper pull days. They just took us in for an emergency repair on our 5th wheel despite being booked solid. We were in transit and Steve and the gang were aces once again.”
